I was thinking today about something I once saw on the cover of the National Inquirer; "Spongecake Discovered on Ocean Floor", If, for some reason, the writers at the National Inquirer were right, I can't help but wonder how this would affect the world as we know it. What would Hostess do? They wouldn't be able to compete. How would it change our view of natural history, knowing that the bottom of our oceans were covered in that yummy sugary goodness? Would currency change? Would world hunger be solved? We may never know, but we can wonder. One of Shigeru Miyamoto's quotes fits perfectly into this pointless post.
"What if everything that you see, is more than what you see? The person next to you is a warrior and the space that appears empty is a door to another world? What if something appears that shouldn't? You either dismiss it or accept that there is more to the world that you think. Perhaps it is really a doorway, and if you choose to go inside, you'll find many unexpected things."
